Here is one bloggers assessment of Nicole Atkins November NYC show. I like his description, "She has a voice like cream on a steak knife"... I'm glad I was there.

I was supposed to see her Thursday night show January 8th in Manasquan, NJ. However I didn't attend because I read in her blog that she had bronchitis. I saw a few videos of the show from that night posted up on YouTube.

Thanks Jersey Jeff, for the heads up about the East Hundred show. Real nice of you. I've seen them five times so far and they are really good people. Musically, I think they are a very democratic band in that the songs are written in such a way that every band member gets their time in the spotlight. By the way, I was at this Algonquin Theatre show and I would have plenty to say about it if you want to continue the thread. I just didn't think I should write you back about East 100 from over at her blogspot, although I'm sure they'd have liked the free plug of their movie.
